Showcase your excellence

The UK Housing Awards are the most prestigious awards in the sector and celebrate success and hard work from across the country.

The awards are completely free to enter and categories are open to everyone working in or alongside the sector.

How to enter

The awards are free to enter.

All entries are submitted via an online entry form.

You do not have to complete your entry in one sitting. Partially complete entries can be saved for later and edited until the entry deadline.

Finalists will need to ensure they are available to pitch to judges at a session that will take place on either week commencing 11 or 18 March 2019 in London.

The awards recognise achievements undertaken in the 2018 calendar year.

The awards are very simple to enter and are open to anyone involved in the housing sector – just about anyone is eligible to enter at least one category. Entries are encouraged from housing associations, councils and ALMOs from across the whole of the UK.

Writing your entry
To enter you will need to provide an entry statement of up to 1,000 words explaining why your entry should win, and a succinct 200 word executive summary that distils the highlights. The executive summary may be used publicly.

You may enter as many categories as you like, but please ensure that your entry statement is carefully tailored to the category you are entering.

Each submission must also include two high-quality photographs, relevant to your entry. These pictures will be used at the award ceremony and in publicity material if you are successful. Photos must be landscape and must be provided as a high resolution electronic image (jpeg) with a minimum of 300dpi. You will be asked to upload their images as part of the online entry form.
